Wildness

Every morning all the bears go to this river in the middle forest. Since it’s their favorite river they all know where it’s located and how to get there. The river is magic which is why all the bears like it. The magical river is fifthteen feet long and the water is blue at night and clear in the morning. Every morning at least ten to twelve bears go and hang out there. Each morning they get two wishes and they always get granted. Well it does depend like if the bears did something bad the day before they don’t get their wishes. Most bears get grumpy when they don’t get their wishes so they start fighting their siblings. Which makes them not get wishes the next day either.

Rad Reading- November

Icebreaker

This month I read Icebreaker by Hannah Grace.

A college student named Anastasia Allen is a figure skater and competes at her college skating team. Her skating partner is Arron Carlisle who is also her close friend but he is toxic at times. He body shames her and causes a lot of problems later in the book. They have been partners since freshman year of college. At first she’s happy but then the skating team and hockey team have to share the rink due to do something the hockey team did. Anastasia was not happy but she had to deal with it. Anastasia made sure that the hockey players knew she was mad at them since it got in the way of her schedule and practices. The captain on the hockey who is named Nathan Hawkins soon realizes that stassie was mad at them and tried becoming friends with her. He didn’t succeed at first but later on they do become friends and start dating.

I really liked this book because it was an enemies to lovers book. It was fun to read about them fighting when stassie didn’t like Nate but it became even better when they started liking each other. It also has really funny characters and it’s also kinda intense.

My favorite character in the book in Nate Hawkins because he’s like the funniest one in the book. A quote to prove this is “ looking at her makes me want to be the funniest guy in the room, so I can be the one to make her laugh.” Sometimes he tries to be funny but most of the time he’s so funny without even trying.

My favorite quote in the book is “recovery isn’t about winning. It’s about learning, and forgiving yourself, about forgetting bad habits, and trusting yourself.” This is my favorite quote because it reminds me of gymnastics and not having to worry or get mad about the mistakes you make it’s about learning how to do it with patience.

100% Thankful

I am thankful for many things this year, but here are the three top things. Number one is my parents. My parents have always been great to me and my siblings. They buy us what we want, help us with our homework, protect us, support us, and are just great in general. The second thing I’m most thankful for is my friends. I have had a lot of different friends throughout the years and they weren’t always great so I’m thankful that I finally have awesome friends. My new friends are always there for me, really funny, nice, and very helpful. Life’s tough so it’s great to have friends you can talk to. If you have a bad day just by talking to one of your closest friends surprisingly helps a lot. And lastly I’m thankful for gymnastics. Gymnastics is super fun and is a great sport. On Tuesdays I have to put up with school for seven hours so it’s really fun finally going to the gym. It’s fun to let out all my energy there while having so much fun. I also love seeing my teammates every class and always goofing off. And that’s what I’m thankful for!

Wishes Granted

If you had been given three wishes, what would you ask for? The first thing I would ask for is unlimited money. I would do so many different things with the money. I would build a gymnastics and cheer gym, buy my parents whatever they want, save some money for college, help the homeless, buy my siblings whatever they want as long as they are nice to me, and lastly I would buy my dream house for my friends and I. My second wish would be to be the best gymnast in the world. I wouldn’t want to take Simone Biles spot but be like next to her level. It would be really fun to finally accomplish all the tricks I’ve always wanted to do. And lastly my third wish would be no bad people in this world/danger. We live in a dangerous world so it would great to finally feel safe. Like no bad people, things that would harm us, and not having to worry about serial killers or stuff like that. And that would be all three of my wishes!
